The hotel was not open at all.

The service attitude is very poor. Totally a liar. Even if the business is closed, fees will be charged. And no refund will be given.

The host didn’t speak any English, but let us store our luggage when checking out, and even store some food and water in the fridge

Pool was a little dirty. Had heaps of ash in it from burning season. No water refill
